What is Online Stress Counselling?It's having your own stress management consultant to help and support you, without the hassle of trying to fit appointments into your busy lifestlyle. Online stress counselling is completely confidential, non judgemental and based on trust. You will be encouraged to write openly about your situtation we will then consider what you have writen and send an email response. Advantages of Online Stress Counselling:You can write and share your thoughts and feelings when you feel like it and receive a response from your counsellor on a pre-arranged date. You can draft, send, receive and store your email exchanges and therefore have a record of your counselling which you can reflect upon. How I WorkAs a professionally trained and accredited practitioner I work via email and consultations usually take place twice a month, or to suit you. Before each session I will send you some questions or a simple exercises to do to help you focus on gaining the maximum benefit from our emails. I normally work with you for a minimum of eight sessions but your needs will be discussed prior to any agreement. If you have any further questions you would like to ask me in person, do get in touch. What to do nextJust send me an email and I'll get back to you to arrange a free initial email consultation. If we decide to go ahead and work together, I will send you my Welcome Pack which contains a copy of my standard agreement and a simple questionnaire - both of which you will need to complete and return to me prior to our first session.
