Our courses are designed to make you think about what is not working in your life and give you practical ideas to help you make changes to your emotional and physical wellbeing. Our online courses are designed to be flexible which means you can de-stress, lose weight and take control of your life in your own time at home.

How do Ametrine courses work?

Each course consists of several modules of written material, covering a specific area. Each one has a series of questions or an exercise to help you make changes. Some courses also provide relaxation exercises which are available by CD or downloadable by mp3 files to your computer.

Ideally you should work on one section each week. All your course material will be sent to you by email on receipt of payment. All our courses are unique, simple to follow and easy to put into action.
