Our 30-day guarantee

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it. However, we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.  This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return an Item

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

  • Please include a note telling us the reason for return. This note MUST include your order reference number.
  • If the product is faulty, please provide a full description of the fault
  • Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with any warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories that came with it

Your Statutory Rights

How to cancel an order within the cooling off period We hope you're always delighted with your purchases from Relax.org.uk. However, if for any reason you change your mind, our "no questions" guarantee means you can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.

By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you.

To cancel your purchase during this cooling-off period, please fill out the delivery slip that came with your items, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

Delivery Charges

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will also refund the normal postage charge for the delivery of that item but we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example gift wrapping.
