About Judy and Ametrine

Judy qualified as a Stress Management Consultant in 1997 after many years working in the corporate business world and then as a self employed Insurance Broker. Since then she has trained as a Professional Relaxation Therapist and obtained further obtained qualifications in Nutrition, Colour Therapy, Bio Electronic Regulatory Testing (Food & Allergy Testing) and Detox Therapy. Judy specialises in weight management, stress and detox and takes an holistic approach to her work, firmly believing that mind, body and spirit are interconnected and therefore finds that looking at every aspect of her client's lifestyle and treating the whole person obtains the best results. After running a natural health business with a colleague she formed her own company, Ametrine Stress and Wellness Solutions, in 2008 and has since expanded the business to incorporate the stress and wellness coaching, in addition to the sale of natural health products and nutritional supplements.

Judy is an Independent Herbalife Distributor and Wellness Coach and says: "As Wellness Coaches, our mission is to bring health and wellness around the world one person at a time. All of our services have this mission in mind. We are about living a healthy and active lifestyle and helping people get off the sidelines and into the action.   We will tailor a specific program that fits for you with your busy schedule, your goals and your current health and wellness levels. We work in a variety of different ways, one on one, in small groups, in large groups, over the phone, via the internet and more. We have a program for everyone!   Our services will help equip you to be more confident and powerful in order to make lasting positive changes for yourself. Working with your own Wellness Coach will give you the best possible chance to reach and maintain your own personal wellness goals.
